PixelCrafters Membership Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to PixelCrafters! This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions of membership for our services, including 3D printing, device rentals, and access to our online community portal. By becoming a member, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Membership Benefits

As a member, you will receive:

• Access to 3D printing services and device rentals when launched.
• Entry to exclusive online resources and community forums, when launched.
• Discounts on workshops and special events, when launched
• Early access to new tools and resources as they are developed and become available.

3. Membership Levels and Fees

We offer various membership levels to suit your needs:

• Basic Membership: $20/month – Includes limited access to resources and community forums.
• Pro Membership: $50/month – Includes unlimited access to resources, priority support, and discounts on services.
• Elite Membership: $100/month – All Pro benefits plus early access to new tools, exclusive events, and one-on-one training sessions.

4. Payment Terms

Membership fees are billed monthly. Members are required to keep payment information up to date. Failure to pay membership fees on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Use of Services

Members agree to use PixelCrafters’ services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or misuse of resources will result in termination of membership.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

PixelCrafters is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties outside of the necessary scope of service provision. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in the state of Oregon. Both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Changes to the Agreement

PixelCrafters reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through our online portal. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
